Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Economics at the PGT level, adhering to the curriculum prescribed by the school.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess and evaluate students progress, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
• Implement innovative teaching methodologies to stimulate interest and understanding in Economics among students.
• Encourage and supervise students in extracurricular activities related to Economics and social sciences.
• Maintain an organized and safe learning environment, promoting respect and discipline in the classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience of students.
• Engage with parents and guardians on learners academic performance and development.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of Economics and education practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or a related field from a recognized university.
• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Economics concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably at the senior secondary level.
• Experience in using modern teaching aids and technology in the classroom.
• Proven track record of fostering a positive learning environment and achieving student success.
