Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Biology & Head of Department (HOD) Science at Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, located in Gwalior. The role involves teaching Biology to higher secondary classes, managing the Science department, conducting laboratory experiments, guiding research projects, and mentoring students. The PGT Biology & HOD Science will also be responsible for curriculum development, lesson planning, and collaborating with other teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Biology and Microbiology
- Effective Communication skills
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and conducting experiments
- Experience in Research and guiding student projects
- Master's degree in Biology or a related field
- Previous teaching experience at the higher secondary level
- Leadership and departmental management skills
