Experience: 5 Years and above in Cement Industry
Qualification: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) / Diploma in Chemical / B.Sc (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift operations for Kiln & Coal Mill as Shift In-Charge
- Drive plant optimization and stabilization initiatives
- Manage daily production booking and reporting
- Plan and execute shutdown activities efficiently
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth functioning
- Support production planning and budgeting processes
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in cement plant operations (Kiln, Coal Mill, Raw Mill, Cement Mill)
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and process control
- Expertise in shutdown planning and site troubleshooting
