Job Description

Production Process Adherence:Ensure all production activities are carried out in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to maintain process integrity and product consistency.

Batch Management:Supervise the processes of raw materials addition based on batch requirements and record batch-related activities in SAP for traceability and compliance.

Data Recording:Maintain detailed records of environmental monitoring, in-process quality checks, and equipment performance, including any breakdowns or deviations.

Production Reporting:Provide regular updates on production status, planning metrics, and any operational issues to supervisors and management.

Shift Planning & Coordination:Plan and organize shift activities, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Oversee batch charging and processing to align with the production schedule.

Operator Deployment:Assign and coordinate operators for each shift, ensuring adherence to daily plans and smooth workflow execution.

In-Process Quality Checks: Monitor and verify the completion of all required in-process quality checks, ensuring product standards are consistently met.

Shift Reporting & Efficiency Tracking:Complete shift-wise production reports and maintain records of operator performance and efficiency.

Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance Planning: Log equipment breakdowns in SAP and coordinate with the maintenance team to plan timely repairs and prevent downtime.

Consumables Management:Monitor the availability of essential consumables, raise requisitions as needed, and track inventory to prevent shortages.

Workplace Hygiene:Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, ensuring compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards.

Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance:Actively support and adhere to workplace safety, environmental protection, and health initiatives in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Nature of Experience

Paints/Distemper Production Process (Water based Paints)

Familiar with TSDs, Mixers, PSM, Ball-mill, Packing Machine for liquid and powders
