Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes to ensure the achievement of targets and revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, engaging with clients, fostering long-term relationships, and creating strategic plans for business growth. The role requires identifying potential markets, meeting prospective clients, and negotiating deals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholera, where direct collaboration with internal teams and partners will also play a critical role in success.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including knowledge of sales planning, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Strategic Thinking and Business Development expertise to identify growth opportunities and execute sales strategies
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively to potential clients
  • Leadership and Team Management abilities to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving objectives
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Data Analysis for tracking performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of the real estate market, specifically within the Dholera region, is a strong advantage
  • Professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to market changes
