Job Purpose

Supervise & monitor to ensure running of Kiln operations without any trouble at optimized cost with defined parameter for uninterrupted plant production and quality.

Job Description - PF Process (Kiln & Raw Mill)

Responsible for safe, stable, and efficient operation of Kiln and Raw Mill systems through independent CCR shift handling. The position requires hands-on experience in kiln & raw mill operations, shutdown activities, refractory applications, and strict adherence to operational SOPs and safety standards.

The role involves updating SAP-based production reporting, monitoring process parameters, supporting shutdown execution, grinding media planning. Strong understanding of process logics, interlocks, and site equipment is essential.

This is a critical shift-based position, as simultaneous operation of Kiln and Raw Mills is planned to meet production and market demand. Non-availability may lead to operational gaps and extended shift hours, impacting safety and sustainability.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Cement / Chemical) or B.Sc. Chemistry

Experience: 5-7 years in cement plant process operations
