PF Process (CRO/Kiln/CoalMill)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure smooth & safe operation of Kiln, Raw Mill and Cement mill to achieve production target.
2. Minimize power consumption by optimum Kiln and Mils operation with maintaining consistent quality parameters.
3. Preparation & updating of day-to-day Production, MIS, SAP & other all department related reports.
4. To ensure safe working environment for Mill operation & Raw Material handling operation. 5.Co-ordination with other department to improve the plant performance.
5. To implement/ follow/ participation in all Safety Standards WCM& IS0 system for the excellence of the organization.
6. Look after Plant PM Shutdown, Annual shutdown & Mill Re gradation activities.

Qualifications :Diploma/ B. Tech in Chemical/ Cement Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc.

Experience :5 to 10 Years (Operation of Kiln, Vertical mills & Ball mill).

Critical & Desired Competencies :Good knowledge of Pyro Process. Vertical mill operation, stabilization and optimization Analytical skill of process parameters. Critical Competencies Problem solving skill Proficient in MS Office, Computer Skills & working on SAP Refractory Installation. Shutdown planning and maintenance jobs. Safety awareness.
