• Implement, customize, and enhance SAP APO DP and SNP modules
• Perform debugging and issue resolution using ABAP (non-development level)
• Analyze data issues using SQL in upstream and downstream systems
• Monitor and manage batch jobs and process chains
• Support system stability and performance in SAP APO environment
• Work in shift-based support operations (2 PM – 11:30 PM)
