Operating at the locations as per the given Blend Plan. Allocation and deployment for operation of HEMM. Proper blending of the conventional and surface mining material Online quality monitoring of crushed limestone through CBX. Deployment of auxiliary machineries to support the mine shift operation. Periodical update of pile position for timely corrective action. Take necessary and proactive preventive action to eliminate deviations.
Mine Development: To execute the excavation and surface mining operation to create faces/blocks, development and maintenance of haul roads and benches, as per the Mine Plan, fulfilling statutory requirements. Monitoring of excavation and surface mining operation for proper development of the faces and blocks. Regular maintenance of working faces, haul roads and ramps.
Productivity and efficiency: Monitor & take corrective actions in achieving productivity in mining operations and crushing to optimise mining cost. Monitoring loading of the Excavators, Dumpers & contractual loading and transporting vehicles. Ensuring operation of the HEMM in a manner that idling is reduced Educate & motivate operators to achieve higher productivity. Optimise crusher utilisation.
Overburden Removal: Coordinate the removal of soil over the mine surface, as per the mining plan to make surface available for drilling and blasting. Deployment of machinery for development. Dump the soil at predermined location to create and maintain dump. Supervise overburden removal by the contractor. Deployment of Dozer for dump maintenance.
Safety: Ensure safe operation of all the equipments in shift operations and comply statutory requirements. Allocate equipment operation as per job and skill. Ensure and implement rules and regulations for safe working. Educate & motivate worker for safe operation. Motivation of workers for reporting of nearmisses and abnormalities Periodical inpection of all working places to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions.
System Implementation: The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, and WCM systems in thorough the involvement of employees for improving working and quality standard. Ensure WCM activities are carried out in own area as per standards Identification of improvement projects for operational efficiency improvement. System implementation and ensuring total compliance of requirements as per various statutes.
