Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the petrol pump, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage fuel inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Implement safety and compliance regulations to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
  • Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in retail management or a similar role in the fuel industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting tools.
