Personality Development Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Personality Development Trainer to train students and professionals in communication skills, English fluency, and overall personality enhancement. The ideal candidate should be energetic, engaging, and passionate about mentoring individuals to improve their personal and professional presence.

• Conduct classroom and group training sessions on:
• Spoken English & fluency
• Communication skills
• Personality development & confidence building
• Interview skills & presentation skills
• Design and deliver interactive training modules and activities
• Assess trainees skill levels and track progress
• Provide individual feedback and coaching
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
• Customize training content as per batch requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in public speaking and group handling
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Basic knowledge of soft skills and corporate etiquette
