This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jammu for a Personality Development Instructor. The instructor will train and mentor cabin crew aspirants in professional personality, confidence, body language, communication, and airline-ready behaviour.

You will play a key role in shaping students into interview-ready, customer-service-oriented, and confident aviation professionals.

• Deliver personality development and confidence-building sessions for cabin crew aspirants
• Train students in body language, professional behaviour, etiquette, and presentation skills
• Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and airline-style assessments
• Design and update training modules, exercises, and course material
• Track student progress and provide individual feedback and mentoring
• Create a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment
• Support marketing and student engagement through social media and promotional content

• Proven experience in personality development, soft skills, or professional training
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate, guide, and groom aviation-aspiring students
• Experience handling classroom or group training

• Background in aviation, cabin crew, hospitality, customer service, or training
• Strong writing and research skills for developing training content
• Ability to use social media for student engagement and promotion
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, or related field
