About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Visa Consultant to assist with visa and immigration processes for multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of global visa regulations, documentation requirements, and best practices for both short-term travel and long-term relocation (work, business, and residence visas).
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation on visa options, eligibility, and requirements for various countries (e.g. USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and Asia).
- Guide through document preparation, application forms, and submission processes.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and visa policies across key destinations.
- Coordinate with embassies, authorized agencies, or immigration authorities when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of ongoing and completed visa applications.
- Advise on global mobility planning including work permits, residence status, and extensions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a visa consultant, immigration advisor, or global mobility specialist.
- Strong understanding of visa categories (business, work, dependent, visitor etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital submission systems and embassy portals.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience assisting clients across multiple countries.
- Knowledge of relocation documentation (e.g., police clearance, medicals, apostille, etc.).
- Multilingual ability or experience dealing with diverse clients (a plus).
