Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Personal Secretary. The Personal Secretary will handle a range of administrative duties including personal assistance, clerical tasks, and executive administrative support. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in day-to-day organizational support activities.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Travel to multiple countries with the executive 90% work will be outside India
  • Clerical Skills and the ability to manage routine documentation and filing tasks
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination
  • Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
