Location: Jaipur (Primary), multi-city travel as required

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Family Principal / Business Head

Working Style: On-ground + coordination + planning

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly reliable, discreet, and proactive Personal Manager to support our family and associated

office operations. This role is a blend of personal assistant, operations coordinator, and trusted go-to person for

daily errands, planning, coordination, and execution.

The ideal candidate will act as a single point of coordination for family errands, staff supervision, logistics, travel

planning, payments, and task research—ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of both home and office, including

execution of tasks across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Family & Personal Errands

• Manage and execute daily errands on behalf of the family

• Receive packages, couriers, documents, and ensure proper handover

• Make routine payments (utilities, subscriptions, vendors, service providers)

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and household requirements

• Assist family members with ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and reminders

2. Travel Planning & Multi-City Execution

• Plan domestic and international trips (flights, hotels, visas, transport, itineraries)

• Execute and manage tasks across multiple cities as required by the family or office

• Research destinations, experiences, restaurants, activities, and schedules

• Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and local vendors

• Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and on-ground coordination end-to-end

3. Staff, Transport & Vendor Supervision

• Ensure driver, office staff, helpers, and vendors are punctual and performing duties properly

• Personally drive family vehicle when required for errands or travel

• Monitor office opening & closing timings

• Coordinate staff schedules, leaves, and replacements

• Act as a liaison between family and service staff

4. Office & Operations Support

• Ensure daily office readiness (opening, cleanliness, logistics)

• Handle basic administrative coordination

• Manage simple documentation, records, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with accountants, banks, couriers, and vendors as needed

5. Research, Planning & Special Tasks

• Research gifts, services, vendors, or special purchases

• Compare options, pricing, and quality before execution

• Assist in planning family events, celebrations, or special occasions

• Handle confidential or sensitive tasks with discretion

Key Skills & Competencies

• High trustworthiness & integrity (this role requires access and responsibility)

• Strong coordination, planning, and follow-through skills

• Excellent communication (Hindi & English)

• Comfortable handling money, payments, and vendors

• Valid driving license (mandatory) and confidence in city & highway driving

• Willingness to travel and execute tasks across multiple cities

• Tech-savvy: WhatsApp, Google Maps, email, basic Excel/Docs

• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset

• Willingness to handle varied tasks—no rigid job boundaries

Preferred Background

Experience as Personal Assistant, Family Office Executive, Admin Manager, Operations Executive, or Hotel/Travel

Coordinator. Prior exposure to high-responsibility or trust-based roles is preferred. Local and multi-city operational

exposure is a strong plus.

Working Expectations

Flexible working hours (task-based, not strict 9-to-5). Availability during travel, multi-city execution, or urgent

requirements. Long-term role with growing responsibility.

Compensation (Indicative)

30,000 – 70,000 per month (depending on experience & capability). Performance-based increments. Travel

expenses reimbursed. Long-term stability for the right candidate.
