Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Brand/LinkedIn Ghostwriter based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Ghostwriter will be responsible for crafting personalized LinkedIn posts, developing content tailored to individual brands, and conducting research to understand the target audience and industry trends. The responsibilities include editing and refining content, managing client communication, collaborating with the internal team, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Write original, high-quality LinkedIn content including posts, carousels, and long-form articles
- Transform raw inputs (ideas, podcasts, meetings, notes) into polished, engaging content
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and industry trends
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, audiences, and B2B trends
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across multiple stakeholders
- Optimize content for engagement using strong hooks, storytelling, formatting, and CTAs
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to ensure content alignment
- Track content performance and refine strategies based on insights
- Repurpose existing content (blogs, webinars, videos) into LinkedIn-first formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting, preferably in the B2B domain
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to write in multiple tones (professional, conversational, thought leadership)
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Experience working with founders, executives, or personal brands is highly preferred
- Familiarity with B2B industries such as SaaS, consulting, HR, marketing, or startups
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients/projects
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in social media management or content marketing
