This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Banker, located in Baddi. The Personal Banker will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting clients with their banking needs, opening new accounts, and promoting deposit products and financial services. The individual will also provide personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the branch's goals and objectives.

• Proficiency in Personal Banking services and expertise in deposits and opening new accounts
• Strong foundation in Finance and related banking products
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and address client inquiries with precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards is an advantage
• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields is preferred
