Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant, based in Jaipur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive-level staff by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining a smooth administrative workflow. The role also includes diary management, clerical tasks, and acting as a key communication link between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and manage correspondence
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
