As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of Vrisva Space, you will be the backbone of our executive operations. This isn't just about administrative tasks; you will be the CEO's eyes and ears, ensuring that the leadership can focus on scaling the company to the next level. You will act as a gatekeeper, a connector, and a meticulous organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing meetings and ensuring no conflicts.
Inbox & Communication Lead: Organize and filter the CEO's inbox, responding to routine inquiries and flagging urgent matters.
Operational Support: Follow up on conversations and action items from meetings to ensure projects stay on track.
Document & Data Management: Handle digital and physical filing, ensuring all company documents are organized and easily retrievable.
Presence & Representation: Be physically present in the office to assist with daily operations and greet high-level stakeholders.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (Freshers with high energy and great organizational skills are welcome!).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, Slides). Familiarity with Zoho tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: High level of discretion and confidentiality; ability to multitask under pressure.
Logistics: Must be able to commute to the Bengaluru office daily.
Education: Graduate degree in any field.
Direct Mentorship: Work closely with the CEO of a growing space-tech company.
