Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant for a full-time remote role based in Bangalore. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to executives through tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves fostering seamless communication and ensuring the effective management of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support executives and manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Diary Management, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Strong Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing systems management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications is a plus.
