Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the Director who will act as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management
  • Manage Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules with precision.
  • Communication Management
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the Director when required.
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and MIS reports; take minutes and track action items.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams, senior leadership, external partners, and clients.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Operational Support
  • Assist in follow-ups on key projects, initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely updates on key matters.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 510 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership
  • Experience in handling CXO-level stakeholders is a strong advantage
