Position Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Reporting To: Director (Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination using digital tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Prepare and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and liaison with internal departments (HR, Finance, Academics) and external stakeholders (regulatory bodies like UGC/NMC/PCI).
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and visitors; draft responses on behalf of the Director as needed.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and institutional meetings; arrange logistics for Director's participation in conferences or official visits.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a professional environment; assist with budgeting for operational expenses.
- Support special projects, such as policy implementation or digital transformation initiatives, with discretion and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com/B.A./B.Sc.) or equivalent; MBA in Administration or related certification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as PA/Secretary to a senior executive in education, healthcare, or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic digital tools for automation (e.g., CRM or ERP systems).
- Excellent command of English, Hindi and Kannada (spoken & written)
