Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Director at Mag Marine Services Private Limited. The position is based in Kochi, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include providing administrative and personal assistance to the Director, diary management, scheduling meetings, clerical support, and handling confidential documents. The role involves ensuring the Director's day-to-day activities are well-organized and running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to provide seamless support to senior leadership.
  • Strong skills in Diary Management and scheduling to organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Competence in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle documentation, correspondence, and general office tasks with precision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
