Role Description

This full-time role as Personal Assistant to the Director is a 3-to-6-month contractual position located on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director through diary management, clerical tasks, and executive administrative duties. Daily responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating communication, managing documentation, and handling organizational tasks to ensure the Director's operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Experience in Diary Management and scheduling tasks
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills, including documentation and organizational tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site and manage time effectively
  • Background in supporting senior management or directors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a relevant field is a plus
