About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Assistant to the CEO who will act as a trusted partner in managing the CEO's day-to-day priorities. The role involves calendar and travel management, strategic coordination with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports/presentations, and ensuring seamless execution of business and personal commitments. This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to leadership, strategy, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support & Coordination
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, and business documents.
- Prepare meeting briefs and ensure timely follow-ups on decisions and action items.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparation of reports, MIS, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
- Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with different departments to align with CEO's directives.
Strategic & Business Support
- Conduct market/industry research to support CEO's decision-making.
- Provide analytical insights and summaries on key business topics.
- Support in business development, investor relations, and client meetings.
- Assist in preparing board reports, strategy notes, and presentations.
Personal Assistance (as required)
- Manage select personal tasks, appointments, and reservations.
- Provide end-to-end support in balancing CEO's professional and personal priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
- [Optional: Preference for candidates with an Engineering background + MBA/PGDM.]
- 37 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting CXOs/Founders.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of productivity/project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
