We are looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who can provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and files
- Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics
- Support in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
