About the Role: We are hiring a Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director at Expert Global Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The role requires a smart, dependable, and highly organized individual who can handle both personal and professional tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
Draft professional letters, emails, and other official communications
Coordinate and manage client calls, schedule meetings, and follow-ups
Take MoM (Minutes of Meeting) and ensure timely action points
Book and manage travel, accommodation, and onsite arrangements
Handle Director's personal work and errands as required
Liaise with internal departments and external clients/stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and ensure seamless workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar profile
Must be available 24/7 on call for any urgent coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and calendar tools
Trustworthy, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
