We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily academic, administrative, and operational tasks. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Panjim. The Personal Assistant will ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely execution of responsibilities. The role includes managing scheduling, documentation, stakeholder interaction, and operational support while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, schedules, and meetings
Draft, review, and organize documents, letters, and reports
Coordinate communication with faculty, staff, students, and external visitors
Prepare agendas, minutes, and documents for meetings and events
Handle urgent or high-priority tasks with a calm, solution-focused approach
Maintain structured files, track deadlines, and support daily workflow
Work flexible hours based on meetings, events, and priority tasks
Requirements
13 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Presentable, detail-oriented, and professional
