Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant, based in Pune City. The Personal Assistant will support senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include maintaining diaries, organizing travel arrangements, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient time management and workflow. Strong communication and multitasking are critical to effectively support the leadership team and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff and manage executive tasks effectively.
  • Strong skills in Communication and relationship management, ensuring seamless coordination and professional interactions.
  • Experience in Diary Management and scheduling to organize appointments, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.
  • Effective Clerical Skills including document preparation, filing, and data management to support day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software is preferred.
  • Proven experience in similar roles, with familiarity in working in fast-paced settings.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
