Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and manage files, records, and office documentation.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support smooth functioning of the executive office.
