Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Coimbatore for a Personal Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks including managing daily schedules, organizing appointments, coordinating meetings, providing administrative support, and performing clerical duties. The role also requires assisting in maintaining smooth communication channels and ensuring time is effectively managed for the executive team. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all areas of operation will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Experience with Diary Management and appointment scheduling
• Proven ability to handle Clerical Tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office suite)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Pleasant demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving
