Job Summary:
Serve as the main liaison between the Director, their UK PA team, and the India office.
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements within India.
Handle purchasing and other logistical requirements during the Director's stay in India.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and records.
Coordinate communications related to Tax and Banking.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
Support the India team in managing special events and occasions.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional attitude and attention to detail
