Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Nagpur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support, managing schedules, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks and activities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills for effective interpersonal and professional interactions
- Experience in Diary Management and exceptional Clerical Skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
