Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant Intern with Zeretail, based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial remote work. The intern will provide administrative and organizational support to executives, manage schedules and calendars, coordinate communications, and perform clerical tasks. Other responsibilities include arranging meetings, managing documents, and assisting in planning and organizing daily activities.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Diary Management abilities
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing documents and scheduling
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient in using office tools and software
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
