Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Personal Assistant cum Household Manager to support a high-profile family in managing their global lifestyle and assets from their Bengaluru home. This role requires someone who is well-organised and proactive, dedicated and familiar with bespoke luxury/ high net worth environments, especially within the local context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless integration of private services (property maintenance, security arrangements, asset utilisation).
- Prepare and manage the household's budget and procurement of goods, including overseeing household expenses and bills and tracking inventory and replenishments
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household estate, including maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and ensuring the property is in excellent condition.
- Hire and manage household staff such as cleaners, chefs, nannies, landscapers, and contractors.
- Assist in personal and professional scheduling, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient time management for the family members.
- Support with any personal errands including but not limited to personal shopping, dry cleaning, family travel and daily transport coordination, applying for visas, booking and arranging of lifestyle and entertainment experiences
- Organise high-end events such as private dinners and social gatherings
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager or similar role, ideally within a family office or luxury service environment. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, either in a Butler/Hospitality role or as a Flight Attendant is advantageous.
- You must be based in and very familiar with Bengaluru, and be fluent with English and Kannada (local language) to handle house operations and lifestyle needs of the principals.
- Prior experience working with and understanding of luxury service standards to cater to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to drive multiple competing requests and priorities at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with external vendors and service providers and working collaboratively internally.
- Flexible, proactive and the ability to be thorough and detailed
- Some domestic and minor international travel will be expected in this role to accompany the principal out of town
