Project Coordination Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Coordination Executive to assist in managing site visits, measurements, client coordination, vendor follow-ups, and smooth project execution. This role requires someone who can work closely with the business owner and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites for measurements, updates, and supervision
- Record accurate site dimensions and project requirements
- Coordinate with factory team, carpenters, vendors, and installation teams
- Follow up with clients for approvals, timelines, and project updates
- Maintain project-wise reports and progress tracking
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and delivery timelines
- Monitor pending work and ensure timely completion
- Assist during furniture installation and final handover
- Handle WhatsApp, calls, and basic email communication for project coordination
- Report daily updates to management regarding ongoing projects
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of furniture measurements and site work
- Good follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or site coordination
- Freshers with strong coordination skills and willingness to learn can also apply
Qualification
- Graduate preferred
- Relevant field experience will be considered an advantage
