Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Perfume Store Associate. Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding their desired fragrances, building customer loyalty, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a well-maintained and organized retail environment. The associate will manage day-to-day store operations, track inventory, and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building Customer Loyalty
- Strong Communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Skills in Retail Sales and Store Management
- Ability to maintain a tidy and welcoming store atmosphere
- Prior retail experience, especially in the fragrance or luxury industry, is an advantage
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
- A passion for perfumes and an interest in luxury products is a plus
