Job Description
Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or Akamai Cloud Test.Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog Trace Log to extract insights from large volumes of log data.Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, or infrastructure layers.Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues. Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.Required Skills:6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, Akamai Cloud Test, JMeter).Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, REST APIs, and web technologies.Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)Good understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Computer EngineeriExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy).Deep expertise in different types of performance testing.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesISTQB or equivalent certification in performance testing.
