Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios including load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
Use NeoLoad to create, execute, and analyse performance test scripts and test results.
Identify performance bottlenecks at application, database, and infrastructure levels.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architecture teams to support performance tuning.
Define performance test strategies, test plans, and test metrics for projects.
Analyse test results and prepare detailed performance reports with recommendations.
Validate system behaviour under peak and high-availability scenarios.
Support performance testing activities during releases, upgrades, and production readiness reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

56 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Even higher experience range can be considered
Minimum 2 years of experience using NeoLoad for performance test design and execution.
Strong understanding of performance testing concepts: load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Experience in analysing performance metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and network utilisation.
Knowledge of web-based and enterprise application architectures.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and logs analysis is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
