Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, execution, and analysis for complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, script, and execute performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner across multiple protocols (HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, MQ, SAP, Java).
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering teams for tuning and optimization.
- Monitor system performance using APM/Monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
- Prepare performance test reports and provide actionable insights.
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in performance test scripting, execution, and analysis.
- Strong experience with JMeter and LoadRunner (multiple protocols).
- Experience with at least one monitoring tool: Splunk / AppDynamics / Dynatrace / Grafana.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, and MQ.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
Experience:
- 510 years in Performance Testing / Engineering roles.
