Performance Tester

Location:

Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Pune / Mumbai Hybrid.

What you will do:

Develop and maintain performance and load testing scripts using Load Runner and J

Meter.

Use Grafana and Dynatrace to perform runtime profiling to identify bottle necks to fix.

Participate in design and code reviews to understand system functionality and identify

potential risk areas.

Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin to define and execute

behavior-driven test cases [Nice to have]

Identify and document E2E test scenarios and write comprehensive test cases covering

functional and edge conditions.

Work with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and

ensure quality at every stage.

Perform performance and NFR testing using JMeter (training can be provided).

Continuously improve test automation frameworks and test coverage.

Collaborate in an agile environment with strong communication and feedback loops.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in Performance testing or Development roles.

Strong programming skills in Java (required).

String experience in using Load runner and JMeter.

Experience with Grafana and Dynatrace are desirable

Good understanding of testing concepts, including functional, regression, and

performance testing.

Ability to identify edge cases and debug complex issues effectively.

Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to tools like JMeter for non-functional testing.
