Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the high performance and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities

Design and implement performance testing strategies for various applications.
Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to the development team.
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements in the application architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
Create and maintain performance test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Report and track performance issues and work with developers to resolve them.
Perform load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing to ensure application performance under different conditions.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in performance testing of web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Experience in scripting performance test cases and managing test data.
Understanding of application architectures including web services, microservices, and cloud environments.
Proficient in analyzing performance test results and metrics using tools like Grafana, Kibana, or similar.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices to integrate performance testing into the deployment pipeline.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve performance-related issues.
