We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in NeoLoad, NBomber, Datadog, and scripting to ensure our applications perform reliably at scale.

Experience: 5+ years

Client: Infosys

Notice period: Immediate joiner

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests using NeoLoad and NBomber
• Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Datadog
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts
• Prepare detailed test reports with actionable insights
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad
• Strong knowledge of NBomber
• Experience in Datadog monitoring
• Proficiency in scripting (C#, Java, Python, or similar)
• Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies
• Experience testing APIs, Web, and Microservices

Good to Have

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Docker & Kubernetes exposure
