Job Description:

Min 6yrs - 08yrs of Exp in Performance.

1.Experience with Visual Studio Load testing Tool, Load RoadRunner/Performance Center, Jmeter, Blazemeter

2.Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of product specifications and software requirements.

3.Design, develop, execute performance test cases and scripts NFR scenarios

4. Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size

5. Ability to analyze test results and make sound conclusions; work with project teams and developers to resolve performance issues.

6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills

7.Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements and expectations around critical factors such as response time, throughput, transactions/second, concurrent users, CPU utilization, memory, disk, network utilization, thread counts, connection pooling, hit ratios, etc.

8.Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Windows PerfMon, etc.

9. Experience with relational databases and SQL query tools.

10. Knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, network, load balancers, switches, firewalls, etc)

11. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
