About the job:-You will play a pivotal role as our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of the software products. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute automated and manual test scripts.
Mandatory Skills- J Meter (Load, Stress, Endurance), LoadRunner/NeoLoad, API Performance Testing, Server & Application Monitoring, SQL for DB validation, Bottleneck Analysis, Test Scenario Design & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Prepare performance test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements.
- Monitor server-side metrics (CPU, memory, network, database performance).
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
- Generate detailed performance test reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance degradation.
- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter / LoadRunner / NeoLoad.
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts (Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance testing).
- Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar.
- Good knowledge of SQL for database performance validation.
- Experience in API performance testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with performance tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of performance tuning for microservices architecture.
- Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or similar).
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
