Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a performance tester for assigned Oracle EBS modules, ensuring robust performance validation
- Design, plan, and execute comprehensive performance test cases based on business scenarios and expected user loads
- Develop realistic and reusable performance test scripts using industry-standard tools
- Analyze test results to identify performance issues and root causes
- Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to propose and implement tuning recommendations
- Define test strategies, track progress, and ensure efficient performance testing cycles
- Work independently while providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Primary Skills (Must-Have):
- Proven expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing, including module-specific testing approaches
- Deep understanding of performance testing types including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing
- End-to-end knowledge of performance test strategy, scripting, execution, and analysis
- Ability to detect and diagnose application, database, or infrastructure-related performance bottlenecks
- Skilled in providing performance improvement recommendations and tuning suggestions
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with project and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
