Role: Test Lead

Experience: 7+ yrs (6+ relevant in Load runner

Job location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen)

Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with developers, architects, and DB teams to resolve issues

Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume testing with reporting.

Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and prepare detailed performance reports

Monitor system resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) during test execution

Participate in performance requirement gathering and workload modeling

Ensure performance testing best practices are followed across projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Performance Testing

Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)

Extensive knowledge of Load Runner Enterprise/ Performance centre

Experience scripting using C language

Good understanding of Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services (SOAP/REST) protocols

Experience with correlation, parameterization, checkpoints, and error handling, complex data management

Hands-on experience with Performance Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar good to have)

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
