Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in NeoLoad to join our team immediately or within 15 days. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for web and enterprise applications to ensure scalability, stability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
• Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, or PerfMon
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and metrics analysis
• Support CI/CD integration for automated performance testing
• Identify risks and recommend improvements for application performance

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Performance Testing
• Hands-on expertise with NeoLoad
• Good understanding of:
• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Endurance Testing
• Performance Monitoring
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs, Web Services
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk
• Basic SQL knowledge and log analysis
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
