Job Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer

Experience: 8–12 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in JMeter and performance analysis to ensure scalability, stability, and high performance of applications in cloud and distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans and JMeter scripts
• Perform load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing
• Analyse results, identify bottlenecks, and conduct root cause analysis
• Monitor application performance using Grafana, Datadog, or similar APM tools
• Collaborate with development, QA, and stakeholders to drive performance improvements
• Prepare performance test reports and provide actionable insights
• Mentor junior performance testers and support Agile delivery

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in performance testing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter (Java/Groovy/BeanShell)
• Experience with APM tools (Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Good understanding of Web applications and REST APIs
• Exposure to client-side and component-level performance testing
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment
