Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance test strategies for web and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Conduct load, stress, spike, and endurance testing to evaluate system behavior under various conditions.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
- Provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Document test plans, scenarios, and results for stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Proficiency in test scripting, parameterization, and correlation.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
- Familiarity with cloud-based load generation (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of HTTP/S, REST APIs, databases, and server architecture.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, network).
